At Urling Dental, our mission is to provide exceptional dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We believe that everyone deserves a healthy, beautiful smile, and we strive to make dental visits a positive experience for all our patients.

Dr. Isaac “Ike” Urling is an Arizona native, having grown up in the small town of Snowflake before moving down to the Phoenix area to attend college. Dr. Urling attended ASU and received an early acceptance to dental school, matriculating into Midwestern University after his junior year of college. While attending Midwestern, he was fortunate to learn under
some of the finest dentists the profession has to offer. He received a state-of-the-art education while learning advanced procedures such as: placing dental implants, lasers, 3D x-ray technology, clear braces and root canals. He provides these services and more to his patients. Dr. Urling received the Deans Clinician Award for being at the top of his class clinically. He is an avid learner and is currently taking CE to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Dr. Urling provides the highest quality of dentistry and enjoys getting to know the patients who trust him with their dental treatment. When asked what he loves most about dentistry, he stated, “I discovered early in my career that not only do I love dentistry, but I love getting to know my patients and getting to know them on a personal level.”

Dr. Urling married the love of his life, Chelsey, before he started college. Together they have been blessed with their daughters, Skyler and Haidyn, and son, Nixon. When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family riding bikes, fishing, going to the park and going on road trips together

Tori received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University in 2019. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son. She is passionate about oral health prevention and making patients feel comfortable while in the dental chair.

Corie graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, and has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She is very passionate about dental health and spends a lot of time with patients to educate and encourage them to maintain good periodontal health. Corie has been a dental injector for 22 years & now recently added BOTOX and filler injections to her resume!  She is an Arizona native who lives in Gilbert with my husband and our three kids. She loves traveling and spending time with her family! 

Chelsey was born and raised in Mesa/ Gilbert, Arizona. Chelsey graduated from Mesa Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2015. Before that she worked as a dental assistant from 2009-2013. Chelsey has always known at a young age she wanted to be in the dental field. She looks forward to getting to know her patients on a personal level so she can understand their motivations and their concerns. 

Ensuring her patients’ comfort is her top priority and Chelsey enjoys giving the best quality treatment and helping to educate towards improved oral health. Chelsey is known for her compassionate heart both in her career as a Hygienist and during her day-to-day activities. 

Chelsey and her husband love all outdoor activities and spending time with their 3 kids. When not at the office, Chelsey can be found with her family: hiking, at the beach, going on family bike rides and volunteering at her kid’s school. She loves spending time with family! She has a great sense of humor and is a cherished member of our team.

Ashley was born and raised in Washington State, and moved to Arizona in 2015 to continue her dental career. She has 10+ years of experience and thrives in the dental field! In her free time, she finds joy in spending time with her two boys and any excuse to be outdoors.  

Taylor grew up in Seattle, WA and has been in the AZ valley for 8 years. She's been a Dental Assistant for 5 years and loves the dental field! Her hobbies outside of work is spending time with her Husband and loved ones. 

Bianca was born and raised in Arizona, Spanish being her first language! She has been in the dental field for 3 years and enjoys helping patients understand and reach their dental goals. She has a passion for assisting others and getting to know the patients along the way! In her free time she loves a good adventure outdoors in nature and enjoying time with family and her dog, Alfie!  

Juliann is also from Seattle, WA and has been in Phoenix Valley for over 18 years. In 2009 she attended Carrington College and completed the Dental Assisting Program. After assisting for 5 years, she transitioned to the front office where she excelled. Later, she went back to school and received her Bachelor’s Degree of Health science in Professional Development and Advanced Patient Care from Grand Canyon University. She has been in the dental field for 15 years and has a passion to helps others. Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and kids. They often go hunting, camping, or fishing and they love to try new adventures.
